Change is always possible. The challenge is how to create flow and continuous improvement in an organization.
How do we create sustainable change, how do we get people engaged and where do we start...?
It starts in your head...
... by seeing the current system and its potentials and problems
... reflecting upon how to reach the future state and next target condition
... which gives the base for acting, innovating and developing
Our focus is to train and support organizations and companies to develop their own competence and ability to do this.
As consultants we have developed a methodology to pulse the change process. We integrate real change and competence development in tailor-made programs. The purpose is to build individual and organizational competence and capability. Gambro and Tetra Pak, two organizations which we’ve supported, won the Swedish Lean Prize 2013 and 2014 and AP&T, another client, was runner-up in 2014. For more info about the Swedish Lean Prize see http://www.leanforum.se/om/leanpriset
Our thinking is based on lean and kata. Lean as the strategy for creating efficiency the value streams and kata for systematically experimenting towards the organization’s strategic challenges.
We have worked with implementation of Lean in more than 70 companies in over 15 different countries, and during the last years with kata in focus. We have been trained by some of the leading lean experts in the world, we have been in Japan for several trainings and have participated and run a multitude of seminars, conferences and master classes.
In our work we often use serious games for experience based learning. All games are possible to buy and we also run facilitator training for the games. We have published several books on Lean in Swedish.
In co-operation with Plan Utbildning we offer Lean trainings and a Lean certification which is accredited by the Lean Competency System, Cardiff Business School.
